Konrad is the Sustainability Coordinator at Pikes Peak Community College, where he engages and teaches sustainable lifestyle behaviors to staff and students through education and outreach, leadership and strategic planning and the development and execution of a sustainability plan.  He calls himself a “Social and Sustainability Entrepreneur”. Leslie is an intellectual property attorney and environmental activist with over 25 years of business, legal and technical experience in the cleantech, computer and networking industries. She has served as in-house counsel for several Silicon Valley technology companies, and as a volunteer for many Boards of Directors for Environmental and Sustainability focused non-profits. Leslie  manages a business consulting firm, Weise Consulting, advising tech companies, startups and not-for-profit businesses.

Kimberly Reeves

Kimberly has been the Sustainability Programs Manager at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs since Aug 2014. There she oversees the Zero Waste program and collaborates with many different departments on campus. Hailing from Atlanta, Georgia, Kimberly has a Masters in Environmental Planning + Design from the University of Georgia.

Ellen Johnson-Fay

Ellen is currently Minister Emerita of All Souls Unitarian Universalist Church in Colorado Springs and an ordained member of Thich Nhat Hanh’s Order of Interbeing and a practitioner of Engaged Buddhism.  Ellen facilitates workshops in compassionate communication, supports the Local Food Revolution in whatever way she can, and enjoys hiking whenever she gets the chance.

Heather Kelly

Heather is an entrepreneur with a passion for local sustainable business. She is the owner of Altru Systems, a purpose driven software development company, and a former partner at Sustainable Transformations, a sustainability consulting firm. She is the publisher of PikesPeakSmallBiz.com and also a certified business consultant at the Pikes Peak Small Business Development Center where she volunteers her time to help small businesses.


Liaison to City of Manitou Springs

Becky Elder is an environmental consultant and has been gardening on the Colorado Front Range since 1975.  As a permaculture designer, she is a passionate advocate for building community resilience along with Pikes Peak Permaculture and Green Cities Coalition. A life-long organic gardener, Becky is well known for her Earth-conscious Blue Planet Earthscapes, an award winning gardening company.  Becky’s first book, Raven in the Garden, a Front Range Gardener’s Journal was published in 2007.   Becky lives in Manitou Springs and currently sits on the City Council.
